Shipping Worldwide
Once payment is received, orders are processed as quickly as possible and will be sent during normal business hours.

• CLASSIC FABRICS COLLECTION – fabric by the metre and bespoke orders (tablecloths, napkins, cushions) will be sent via TNT or FedEx, tracking will be provided. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your delivery to arrive.
• EMBROIDERED LINEN TABLECLOTHS & NAPKINS – these pieces are usually made to order, so please allow extra time. Once completed, the items will be shipped via DHL with tracking provided. Depending on the scope of the order, please allow 3-5 weeks.
• EMBROIDERED LINEN – fabric by the metre will be shipped via DHL or FedEx. This fabric is made by hand to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the delivery to arrive.
• WALLPAPER – shipped via DHL, Australia Post or FedEx. Allow one week for production, with delivery between 2-3 weeks.

All items may be subject to local import duties, customs and taxes (VAT/GST) in the country of import. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer, and Georgia Macmillan is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding customs duties and taxes.

Returns
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product please email me to discuss the issue. While there is a no refund policy I am happy to exchange your item for another at the same value. The customer will be expected to cover return postage costs.
